No damage I've noticed yet. Took some breaking in though before the tunnel towards the end started feeling less tight, and that's a good thing for me because I didn't really like how tight it was. Over all the Goblin version is well made and offers an interesting experience that I enjoyed, not to mention the colors they sent are really cool.

However, I feel that there is some important information I think people should know before purchasing this item. First, if you are much thicker then what Love Smith recommends for this product you may find the experience uncomfortable. I'm a little thicker the 5 or so inch circumference they recommend and it requires quite a bit of extra lubricant. Second, if you are uncircumcised like myself it may require extra menuvering and lubricant to avoid any pain while using it. Luckily it is elastic enough to fit a few extra fingers to help you fit everything inside. I do recommend this item just keep the above in mind and follow all instructions given with it.
