Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only when the item is returned in full, with its original packaging complete, intact and unopened.

Products damaged after delivery, or products whose original packaging has been opened, altered or compromised, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the product description or the agreed specifications.

Return Period

You have 14 working days from the date you receive the product to notify us that you intend to return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

Please contact Love Smiths before returning any product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

If the product is faulty or damaged, Love Smiths will reimburse the return shipping cost upon presentation of the shipping invoice.

Refunds, Store Credit and Replacements

A full refund to the original payment method, or store credit, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided that it is returned in full and in its original, complete and intact packaging.

If a product is returned because it arrived damaged, Love Smiths may instead send a replacement product of equal value.

Information Required for a Return

When contacting us about a return, please include the following information:

  • Product name and SKU, if available
  • Order number
  • Coupon code, if applicable
  • Date of purchase and date of receipt
  • Payment method used
  • Buyer’s name and address
  • Delivery address, if different from the buyer’s address
  • Signature, if the request is sent by post
  • Date of contact, if the request is sent by post

Original Packaging

The product arrives in standard cardboard packaging and is sealed inside a transparent bag, which forms part of its original packaging.

When you receive the order, inspect the product through the transparent bag without opening it. If you are not satisfied and wish to return the product, it must remain unopened and be returned in its complete original condition.
