1. Orders, Product Characteristics and Availability
Before placing an order, please choose the model, size and colour carefully. If you have any questions, contact us or consult our FAQ before completing your purchase. We are happy to provide recommendations, but the final choice remains entirely your responsibility.
All essential product information, including size, weight, colour, material and price, is provided in the relevant product description through text, images or both.
Because our products are individually handcrafted, minor variations in measurements or weight may occur. Most products are made to order, so photographs are provided for reference only. Our colours are custom-made, and separate production batches may show slight tonal differences. The actual colour may also differ from what appears on your screen because of display settings, lighting and photographic processing.
Orders will be processed only when we are able to fulfil them. If we cannot process your order for any reason, we will contact you and explain the situation. You may then choose either a full refund of all amounts paid or an exchange for an equivalent product.
Once your purchase has been completed successfully, an order-confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Prices, Taxes and Customs
Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. Before checkout, the total amount payable, including shipping and handling charges, will be shown clearly.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. VAT has been collected for orders within the European Union since November 2020.
If you choose to pay in another currency, Love Smiths is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, conversion charges or disputes arising from currency conversion.
Until further notice, eligible orders delivered to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Norway and Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. Love Smiths covers the customs duties, import tariffs, import taxes and routine clearance charges included in our carrier’s DDP arrangement.
Domestic sales taxes, state taxes, provincial taxes, local taxes or other charges that are not included in the carrier’s customs assessment may still apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
For deliveries to other countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, carrier fees and any other local or national charges are the customer’s responsibility. You are responsible for completing any required declarations and paying the relevant authorities, customs agencies or carriers in your country.
No discount or refund will be provided to compensate for taxes, duties, fees or other charges that remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after two weeks.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card through Stripe
- Bank transfer
For bank transfers, include your order number in the payment reference. The order will be processed after the payment has been received.

4. Cancellation
Standard Products
You may cancel an order for a standard product within fourteen (14) days of purchase and receive a full refund or store credit, including the delivery fee.
If the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, a full refund or store credit, including the delivery fee, will be issued.
If the cancellation request is received after shipment, the cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Customised Products
Orders for customised or made-to-order products may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.
5. Guarantee
We are committed to delivering your order in accordance with the conditions described and within a reasonable timeframe. Approximate production, handling and delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided whenever possible.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you. If you do not receive a notification and believe your order is delayed, please contact us directly.
If we fail to deliver your order within thirty (30) days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
If a product is found to be faulty, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
You may cancel your order before production begins or return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided that the packaging remains unopened and intact.
6. Warranty on Electronic Products
Electronic products include a two-year warranty for customers within the European Union and a one-year warranty for customers outside the European Union.
This warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage or normal wear, including gradual battery degradation over time.
To make a warranty claim, contact us and provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the fault
- Photographic evidence showing that the product has not been physically damaged
Please ensure that the product is fully charged before reporting it as non-functional.
You will be asked to return the product to us at your own cost. After receiving it, our engineers will examine it.
- If the product is found to be faulty, we will send a replacement.
- If the product is found to be in good working condition, you will be responsible for the shipping cost required to return it to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Use of Our Products
All our products and services are intended exclusively for adults. Love Smiths is not responsible for how products are used or for consequences arising from their use. Product descriptions must not be treated as instructions or directions.
A total or partial inability to use a product does not entitle the customer to compensation, reimbursement or any claim of liability against Love Smiths.
As an adult user, you are responsible for understanding your own body, preferences and limitations. You must decide what is safe for you, how a product should be used and when its use should stop.
Do not use a product that appears damaged or deformed. Proper cleaning and storage are mandatory for all personal products. Do not share, lend or give away a product without disclosing its condition to the recipient.
You are solely responsible for improper use and for any consequences resulting from inadequate hygiene. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you understand how to use the product safely.
8. Force Majeure
Love Smiths will not be held liable or responsible for a failure to fulfil its contractual obligations when that failure results from an event of force majeure, including natural disasters, wars, strikes or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Products Prohibited in the Destination Country
Love Smiths is established in France and operates in accordance with French and European regulations.
Although we ship worldwide, we have no authority over regulations outside these jurisdictions and cannot be expected to know every law that applies in every destination country.
Purchasing our products is a voluntary decision. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that the purchase, importation and possession of the product comply with the laws of your country.
If our products are prohibited or illegal in your country, you should not place an order.
If a shipment is detained or destroyed by customs authorities because of its contents, Love Smiths accepts no liability for the loss.
If the parcel is returned to us because of the destination country’s import regulations, only the cost of the products will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
